INSTITUTE OF LEGAL INFORMATICS AND JUDICIAL SYSTEMS

The Institute of Legal Informatics and Judicial Systems is a partner in the WE IN Tuscany – Work, Empowerment, Inclusion Tuscany project, funded under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) 2021–2027, with the Region of Tuscany acting as lead partner.

General objective of the project
To promote social inclusion and qualified, stable integration of third-country nationals into the Tuscan labour market by facilitating access to integrated public territorial services, the identification of specific needs, and pathways towards personal autonomy and skills recognition. The project also aims to strengthen the integrated social-employment service network, to experiment with innovative methods of stakeholder engagement, and to promote dialogue with migrant associations.

IGSG-CNR activity
Research, testing, and implementation of methodologies and tools aimed at facilitating access to legal and administrative information and public services for third-country nationals and the civil servants who support them, thereby contributing to the strengthening of their social and labour market inclusion.
The information design for the implementation of the PAeSI Portal (the Regional Thematic Portal on Immigration) is conceived to address the needs of its different target groups.
For people in situations of greater vulnerability and facing linguistic and cultural communication barriers, research and practical activities focus on accessible communication based on Easy Language.
The project adopts a Legal Information Design approach, which involves the active participation throughout the design process of domain stakeholders and end users.
