Dissemination of legal information
The dissemination of legal information is a complex process involving the transmission of legal knowledge to various stakeholders (legal professionals, citizens, government institutions, etc.). In recent decades, the dissemination of legal information has been influenced by the advent of digital technologies and computer networks, which have made access to legal data easier and faster; this has led to a greater democratization of access to sources of legal information, enabling citizens to better understand their rights and responsibilities. However, the dissemination of legal information is limited by a number of factors, including the complexity of the law, the language used in information sources, the lack of standardization of information sources, and limited access to legal resources.
To overcome these challenges, several approaches can be taken to improve the dissemination of legal information. These include the promotion of free and open access to information sources (free access to law), simplification of legal language, formal and semantic standardization of legal data, and the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence to improve access to legal information. Research and studies in this area are of paramount importance to ensure the effectiveness of legal systems and to make, through the use of new technologies, legal information understandable to all at all times.
